How We Work

Step 1. Employers send us job descriptions of the open positions that are vacant and need to be filled.
Step 2. We shortlist the candidates that meet the requirements from the pool of CVs we have in our database.
Step 3. We send those shortlisted CVs to the organization for their review and selection.
Step 4. Arrange and co-ordinate the interviews of the preferred candidates.
Step 5. After final selection we help the clients in taking right decision and negotiation.
Step 6. After final selection, we do the reference check of the candidate and submit a report to the company andhelp the candidate in documentation process.
