- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience working on streaming data
- Experience working with complex and unstructured datasets
- Work independently as sole owner of assignments/tasks with minimal or no guidance
- Work on complex and big data framework
- Highly motivated and ability to work peacefully in stressed environment if arise
- Develop ML & AI models based on structured and unstructured data
- Work on Pyspark & Python as primary tools for data processing and model development
- Work on matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
- Orchestrate complete workflow – right from reading the data from source to publishing model output
- Present the work to internal/external stakeholders
- Mentor junior data scientists and guide them as and when needed
