· Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities –

· Proven experience (5+ years) working with Cisco and Arista network devices (routers and switches). Juniper experience is a plus.

· Minimum of at least CCNP, CCIE is a plus but not mandatory.

· Strong working knowledge of following routing protocols: BGP, OSPF; and optional for EIGRP, RIP.

· Experience on using WAN circuits, e.g. Metro Ethernet, MPLS. VPLS, IPLC … etc.

· Strong working knowledge of IP, IPsec and VPNs.

· Hands-on experience using Packet Capture tools e.g. Network General Sniffers/ Ethereal network protocol analyzer as well as probe devices.

· Experience on using Multicast in a Cisco/Arista environment.

· Experience on Voice Gateways, IPT, and VOIP is a plus.

· Experience in network automation thru scripting languages such as Python etc. is a plus.

· Preferable with working experience in large financial or banking network operation/implementation team.

· Analyze and solve business or technical problems.

· Ability to effectively communicate to internal clients through all available mediums (verbal, listening, writing, presenting).

· Willing to work during weekends for implementation of network changes.

· Willing to work for extended working hours when needed.

· PC Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Good communication skills (both verbal & written)
