Job Description:-

·Job Title – Customer Service Developer – Automation Anywhere

·Job Location – Mumbai (Andheri East), Maharashtra

·Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities – 

·Design & build macros, software BOTs using Robotics Process Automation tool

·Attends the weekly progress meetings Internal as well as with directors

·Deployment and monitoring Macros, BOTs in Control Room

·Enhancement, Change Request handling & pre-post production support

·Made various VbScripts to automate the flows in Excel

·Worked closely with Business Analyst (BA) to understand the process

·Reading data from various sources such as MS SQL and Oracle Databases, CSVs & Excel files and MS Access database

·Automating Web portals, desktop applications, various operations on files, terminals

·Active participation in several phases of automation which includes process definition, feasibility studies,

·development, testing and UAT, monitoring, stabilization & hyper care and pre\post production support.

·Attends the weekly progress meetings Internal as well as with directors monthly and preparation of minutes of meeting

·Followed complete BOT Development Life Cycle (BDLC) with requirement gathering and feasibility analysis, drafted Sprint Plan, TDD, Test Cases and BOT Flow Diagrams for taking the approvals from business for development

·Database knowledge includes MS SQL Server and Oracle

·Worked with a team for gathering requirements and building the VBA macros with feasibility analysis and backlog management.

·Made different trackers for tracking the system outage in teamsites

·Developed solutions using the inbuilt method to connect with FIS

·Coordinating with onshore/ COE developers for RPA projects

Job Specification:-

·Technical Job Requirement-

·Experience in RPA, Microsoft bot framework and chatbot development, testing and support with roles as Lead Developer working under Agile & Waterfall development

·Recognized expertise in Robotics Process Automation using Automation Anywhere in Software Robot’s development, deployment, support & monitoring

·Skilled at conversation services in AI Platform like IBM Watson, Microsoft Bot Framework. Have experience in chatbot and RPA using Automation Anywhere.

·Development of various proof of concepts (PoC) projects on RPA+ python, Chatbot to showcase capabilities of the organization with goal to deliver solution to customer’s problems and requirements

·Made different trackers for tracking the BOT development, Issue Logs and Error Database.

·Deployed on Client Site for working on live projects for Automation.

·Worked on RPA technology for automating the Business Processes with DOT net libraries.
