Roles & Responsibilities:
• This is an individual contributor role.
• Candidate shall be responsible for creating and developing new
accounts and strengthening existing customers.
• Candidate will also assess product portfolio in line with evolving
customer needs and current offerings to the market working
closely with product development and marketing team.
• Analyze performance, market conditions, and competitor's
strategy and suggest solutions and implement the same.
• Drive initiatives and sales targets of the Franchise.
• Being a single-window contact with customers, the candidate
shall ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction index.
• Candidate is expected to provide mature and strong leadership in
their respective territory, thereby enhancing the stature and
presence of the brand.
• Will be responsible to educate and focus on key Builders,
Architects / Sr. Architects about company s product (complete
hardware) - features, USPs, etc.
• Will be responsible to achieve and exceed the monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets of the franchise.
• Contribute to preparing the Monthly Sales Target.
• Reporting to Franchise Owner and BDM of that Territory.
