  • Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities –
  • Drive engagement with users of the company’s digital platform.
  • Drive closure of deals on company’s platform.
  • Drive acquisition of new users to the digital platform from offline channels.
  • Driving revenue of the company by converting users of the platform into paid members.
  • Identifying product value additions.
  • Define / Drive Sales Targets.
  • Drive, Motivate and Mentor sales team.
  • Engage with users, understand their needs, help them achieve their objectives on the platforms.
  • Prepare and present impressive client pitches for a premium and uniquely positioned corporate education brand.
  • Proactively nurture and engage clients to build relationships, generate business opportunities and close deals.

Requirements
  • Skills Required – 
  • Experience in sales and business development (B2B background is a must).
  • Experience of leading sales teams.
  • Ability to define and develop sales processes.
  •  Strong Negotiation and Convincing skills.
  • Strong Leadership Skills.
  • Strong written & verbal communication with exceptional presentation skills.
  • Able to work in an ever-changing environment.
  • Experience at a tech scale-up would be highly valued.
  • Conversant in dealing with senior management.
  • Ability to research in-depth and tailor sales pitch and process to the needs of customers.
  • Extremely proactive and outcome-oriented.
  • Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively is a must.
