Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities –

• Lead, Participate & Address Platform implementation related challenges & enhancement activities 
• Train/guide the developer team members on the New platform features
• Technical review of the Bot code
• One point of contact for the OEM technical team
• Ensure all platform related Severity 1 cases are addressed within SLA timelines
• Update Code repository
• Ensure Bot Version Management
• Bot Design Document preparation & updates
• Perform PoC of the new features/required process functionality
• Recommend RPA approach and strategy based on analysis and client RPA maturity
• Assist Project Manager to ensure smooth delivery of the RPA solution
• Provide continuous advice and best practices to RPA developers 
• Facilitate team and client meetings and presentations
• Ensure the team’s adherence to security, best practices, and documentation
• Suggesting Archival policy
