Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities –

•  Should be able to Manage Shop Floor Independently
• Must be from Sheet metal fabrication manufacturing Industry.
• Finalize daily plan and weekly plan and circulate the same to all the concerned departments & Final clearance to be intimated in the system.
• Manage the smooth and efficient manufacturing of goods.
• Collaborate with management to understand objectives and requirements.
• Regularly prepare budgets and cost reports for production.
• Divide responsibilities and tasks across the team to make production more efficient.
• Resolve any problem that occurs.
• Evaluate performances and constantly improvise practices.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery, workers and the units.
• Overseeing that the inventory is maintained of all the equipment and resources and ensuring that they are stocked.
• Approve regular maintenance work.
• Sanction purchasing of material /equipment.
• Uphold the policies and standards of the company.
• Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel.
• Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees.
• Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management.
• Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.
