·Doing manpower planning
·Identify the best sourcing tool (Online and Offline)
·Screening and lining up for an interview
·Shortlisting the candidates
·Negotiating and closing the offer with the best-suited candidates and
·Assist candidates to join.
· Skills Required –
· Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
· Experience with sourcing techniques
· Sound judgment
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Solid verbal and written communication skills
· Negotiation skills and interview skills.
