  •         To organize Architect meet keeping in mind brand promotion
  •         To interact and motivate the team to achieve defined sales target as per Business Plan
  •         To organize and conduct team training as and when needed
  •         To keep self and team abreast with the recent changes being done in the Building industry
  •         To keep updated data of Architect, Designer & Specifier
  •         To develop strong relations with Senior Architect / Designer by personal visit, courtesy call, or by one to one meeting at frequent intervals
  •          Experience in Product Placement, Business Development, and related groundwork
  •          Experience of doing market development and growth
  •          Expertise in creating brand presence and visibility
  •          Experience of /exposure to concept selling rather than product selling
  •          Ability to procure leads and cues from everywhere possible
  •          Ability to establish and maintain a wide network of resources
  •          To follow up effectively and consistently
