Assisting mentors with the training management programme.
Maintain all records of assignments submitted by trainees.
Conduct onboarding exit formalities and train new joinees on different platforms like Slack,Keka and Plum.
Addition and deletion of employees on PLUM and assisting employees through all the queries regarding their insurance cover, benefits and claims.
Organize and maintain personnel records and databases.
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, appointment letters, relieving letters,promotion letters, appraisal letters and experience letters.
Liaise with external partners like insurance vendors, payroll vendors etc.
Assist in making payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, entry, exit, work schedules, promotions, salary revisions, confirmations etc)
To manage expenses like recurring payments for househelp in the guest house. Guest house upkeep.
Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.
