Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities –

  • Team Management and driving them in the field.
  • Analysis of the market and forecasting sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thus enhancing clientele.
  • Directing field force to achieve operational objectives viz., distribution, coverage, merchandise, and sales targets.
  • Carrying out regular feedback analysis, competitor, position market survey, and formulated action plan.
  • Training of the applicator on a timely basis for proper application at the client site.
  • Ensuring proper application of product at site.
  • Organizing sales promotional programs like Dealer & Distributors meet.
  • Product finalization, negotiation, and making an order for a distributor according to requirements.
  • Handling channel sales, their requirements, schemes, queries, and targets. To do various promotional activities.
  • Handling High-end customers, discounts, and coordination of services with the service team.
