• Creating and managing distribution channel, Achievement of Reach Targets – Primary and Secondary Reach
• Ensuring tertiary sales and demand generation thru TEs
• & ADEs  Team Management, Retention and Growth of team through performance/motivation.
• Contractors & Influencer engagement developed demand generation target.  Trade marketing activities in the branch.
• Review & Report in the prescribed formats – Secondary Sales monitoring, Stock and Sales of channel partners etc.
