Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities –
· Complete exposure to Product development, Pricing, and Launch.
· Managing Sales and Sales Support, Project Sales, Distribution Channels, and Retail Markets.
· Heading and responsible for Overall Sales, Collections, Gross Margins, and P & L for the different Branches.
· Handling a team of professionals and Coordinating with different departments of the company.
· To direct the sales Team and establish distribution and Merchandising activities in line with the Business Plan.
· To the captain, lead, coach, and mentor team for thinking and achieving big results with optimum resources
· Do sales analysis and accurately forecast Sales and Stock requirements and coordinate with Logistics for the same.
· Increase the share of revenue in all identified markets through Channels, Direct Projects, and productivity enhancement of distribution.
· Expertise in market trade planning and execution on minimum costing.
· Grow Sales Operations Dimension, appoint channel, and distribution for creating reach in the market optimally and servicing Projects Directly. & Implement Sales Promotion Strategies & Explore New Business Avenues Lead and Manage partners with all process compliances
· Build a full-scale sales operation from the ground up; duties include establishing database systems, recruiting of senior sales executives, and developing sales and marketing strategies
· Implement strategic goals for marketing campaigns; serve as project manager.
· Strategize with senior management to market new products
· Scheme building to attract the customer for better sales building
· Building new clients while maintaining & engaging the existing associates with relationship-building techniques and recognition
· Ensuring a smooth end-to-end supply chain process
· Rewards and recognition, training & coaching for the team for motivation & engagement
· Exploring the opportunities and managing the brand stalls during Expos & exhibitions
· Involved in the audit process of material to ensure high standards product delivered in the market
· Integral part in all the verticals like project Sales, channels Sales, Branding, MIS. As the setup is new.
· Develop new distributors and dealers.
· Increased business objectives and benchmarks through training, field contacts, BTL activities, and marketing.
