To handle customers generated through: Leads generated by self from , dealers counter Leads taken from dealers.
Leads taken from trade customers of the dealers ( TC ), Leads taken from plumbers during plumber training sessions (PL), Follow up with these above mentioned customers till Maturity - Convert in Sales.
To facilitate customer care Specialist to:- To impart plumber training course.
Educate dealers / dealers staff on each new Product / Modification, Maximize New Product Display, Get inaugural orders of New Products, Get regular orders of New Products, Range specific sales target.
To brief complete product details of each vertical, our USPs, competition benchmarking, customer care services we offer & explain how does it benefit first him & his customer.
To organize Dealers Meet meet keeping in mind brand promotion.
To interact and motivate the team to achieve defined sales targets as per Business Plan.
To keep self and team abreast with the recent changes being done in the Building industry.
Experience in Product Placement, Business Development, and related groundwork.
Experience of doing market development and growth.
Expertise in creating brand presence and visibility.
