Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities –
- Hands-on Experience with Linux.
- experience in Unix Shell scripting, Oracle, or SQL.
- Good to have ITIL certified
- Experience in Monitoring tools and incident, problem, release & request
- management.
- Should have provided L1/L2 app production support and development
- Working with clients & managing escalations.
- Service Now or any ticketing tool.
- Knowledge of the Trading app is beneficial.
- Good analytical skills & troubleshooting issues.
- Should have handled multiple applications and worked closely with
- business users.
- Ready to work in a challenging environment, shifts including night shift.
- Good team player.
- Resolve tickets raised by the business team & ensure none are unattended.
- Provide handover between shifts.
- Track & maintain issue list & ensure closure.
- Ensure SLA adherence to tickets.
