·    Should have experience in manufacturing of GVT Slabs (Big format tiles)

·    Preferred from any reputed Ceramic Tile Industry.

·    Diploma in Ceramic Technology/Graduate in any Discipline

·    Experience of Kiln operation

·    Highly experienced in solving any type of problem in Kiln.

·    Monitoring the inventory of the Kiln consumables including. 

·    Ensuring the First quality output in the production of tiles

·    Taking care of entire maintenance to day-to-day production activity of kiln department.

·    Expert in reducing costing of production and increasing the productivity of the product
