Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities –
- Provide Analytical and Strategic support to the COO in delivering organizational overall strategic objectives
- Regularly monitors & reports to the COO about the progress of strategic initiatives, business performance, and key performance metrics and highlights significant deviations.
- Ensure complete process reporting and review on time with a summary
- Monitors financial performance, key metrics, and identifies areas of improvement and business process transformation
- Think critically and offer solutions to problems
- Conduct research/ analysis as directed by the COO
- Provide administrative support to the COO in the follow up and completion of departmental work plans
- Participate in review meetings and help prepare minutes and track follow up tasks
- Qualitative analysis of data and produce actionable reports
- People Management Responsibilities
- Ensuring alignment and healthy relationships with stakeholders and communicates on behalf of COO
- A person with a mix of Travel Management, Calendar Management, Minutes of Meetings, Sales Coordination & Client Coordination.
- Attending meetings on behalf of the director.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Handling all incoming & outgoing mail communication to the client as well as internal to the concerned department.
- Taking dictation, letter drafting, handling correspondence records, MoMs, Internal Circular & etc.
