Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities –
- Graduate with certification or specialization in networking & security technologies and OEMs (CCNA/CCNP Security or equivalent certification)
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience preferably working in implementation and administration of network & security tools/devices
- AWS/GCP certified professional
- Addition and deletions of the rules or policies will be processed via change management process.
- Adhering to client Change Management process defined
- Firewall Policy Configuration Backups.
- Addition, deletions & modification of the rules will be processed via change management process.
- Housekeeping of device logs and monitoring storage space requirement.
- Creation of site-to-site VPN as per Customer’s requirements.
- Necessary support for restoration or drill
- Preparation of MIR for Major Incidents
- Review of daily/weekly/monthly checklist
- Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis
- Troubleshooting of device issues in case of any problems identified or reported.
- Reinstallations raise due to incidents
- Incident / Request Fulfillment / Change management
- Recommendation and Rollout of New policies
- Device signature/firmware upgrade as per release from OEMs.
- Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis
- Troubleshooting of firewall in case of any problems identified or reported.
- Applying patches/updates when and where required after Customer change approval.
- Vendor coordination
- Preparing, Maintaining and Updation of SOP and KBase
- Maintaining and Updation of Infra AS IS / Infra Documents
- Help our clients to secure their Public Cloud environment by implementing new concepts, techniques, and best practices to maintain a secure and compliant end-to-end cloud ecosystem.
- While managing and monitoring public cloud native security services of our clients on a daily basis, you will also be responsible to triage and take actions on client service requests for resolution with our Service Level Agreements.
- 6+ month. of experience in any of these cloud platform GCP/AWS
