• Good experience on SMS aggregator platform, SMS-Hub or SMSC.
• Good understanding of SMS Call flows.
• Should have good knowledge of SMPP based applications, HTTP & Rest API.
• Hands one experience on NOC tools and understanding of NOC processes and ticketing systems.
• Should have good experience of Fault Management and Performance Management.
• Good understanding of Infra - H/w, OS, DB & Networking concepts.
• Ability to absorb, understands, analyze and identify critical problems.
• Must be proactive with minimal direction.
• Good written and verbal communication Skills
• Should be able to work in rotational shifts.
