Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities –
- Experience in Avaya CM 8.0, with Gateway G650 & G450, Avaya Media Server, Avaya CMS, Avaya AES.
- Experience in Session Manager, System Manager, Oracle SBC.
- Experience in AVAYA Aura Unified Communication, Contact Center administration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of recording solutions like NICE, VERINT.
- Cloud solution like Amazon Connect will be added advantage.
- Good customer service and logistical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage workload and work independently.
- Must be proactive with the ability to multi-task and prioritize along with having a flexible attitude to meet tight deadlines.
